We believe that many veterinary practices are standing on a mountain of untapped value and some have lost perspective of the importance of team cohesion, staff engagement and leadership. We know that the less time struggling creates new opportunities to deliver more meaningful and impactful veterinary work. In addition to increasing practice profits, we aim to inspire a workplace culture shift.

Dr. Claire Stevens
Founder
Claire is the founding director of Global Vet Solutions, she has ten years experience as a practicing veterinarian and previously partnered in three veterinary practices. She is a published author, coach and facilitator with a focus on leadership, life balance strategies and team culture.
Kindness, Action and Advocacy for All Animals
As business owners it’s our responsibility to create more, so we can contribute more. Animal Patrons Australia is a non-for-profit organisation run by caused-based volunteers. Their driving purpose is to enable the rescue and rehabilitation of any animal affected by disaster.
We proudly donate $30.00 to Animal Patrons Australia for every online course sold at Global Vet Solutions. Thank you in advance for contributing to emergency relief of our Australian animals.
